Fast changing fashion industry is big fail, most people believe that it is not, but yes it is a failure. Today’s fashion industry created havoc to be slim as a new trend which is an unhealthy fashion benchmark for human body.

Hibiscus tea and benefits

 RED HIBISCUS aids many health problems. Different parts of the flower is used for medicinal purposes.This is considered a very feminine flower used by women for many centuries.

This flower may help with lower blood pressure, boosts liver health and prevents cancer.Hibiscus tea is rich in powerful antioxidants and may therefore help prevent damage and disease caused by the buildup of free radicals.The petals of this flower are edible and also we can make tea of this flower.

This feminine flower helps in regulating period, relieve menstrual cramps and heavy bleeds.

If you choose to make the tea from fresh petals, you will need to do the following:

  • Take one fully-bloomed hibiscus flower and separate the petals and rinse them clean.
  • Boil the water, and then put the fresh petals or about 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried hibiscus in the water, and let it steep for 15 to 20 minutes. If you want it stronger, put more fresh or dried petals.

CAUTION DO NOT TAKE OVERDOSE OF THESE FLOWERS. OVERDOSE MAY CAUSE YOU SOME SIDE EFFECTS.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
